Indra’s Professional Bio

Indra Echeverri, MA, NBC-HWC, CSCS is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, wellness educator, and behavior change expert with more than two decades of experience helping individuals and organizations improve health, performance, and long-term well-being.

She is the founder of IndraHealth Wellness Consultants, where she partners with executives, professionals, schools, healthcare providers, and organizations to create sustainable, science-based wellness strategies that support both physical and mental performance. Her work integrates behavior psychology, exercise science, stress management, lifestyle medicine, and wellness coaching into one comprehensive approach focused on lasting change rather than short-term results.

Indra holds a Master's degree in Human Behavior Psychology and is both Mayo Clinic Certified and National Board Certified in Health & Wellness Coaching. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Indra's work with the New York City Department of Education established a nationally recognized model for school-wide wellness. Under her leadership as Wellness Coordinator, Edward A. Reynolds West Side High School earned multiple national wellness awards from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and became recognized as one of the healthiest schools in the United States.

A seasoned endurance athlete who has completed more than 15 marathons, Indra brings both professional expertise and real-world experience to her work. She is known for her practical, motivational, and evidence-based approach to wellness — helping clients bridge the gap between knowing what to do and successfully implementing meaningful lifestyle change.
