Indra Echeverri, MA, NBC-HWC, CSCS brings more than two decades of experience in health education, performance training, and behavior change coaching.

She is the founder of IndraHealth Wellness Consultants, where she partners with individuals, physicians, organizations, and fitness professionals to improve health, performance, and long-term lifestyle habits through evidence-based coaching and exercise science.

Indra’s work integrates multiple disciplines into one comprehensive approach. By combining behavioral psychology, movement science, sports nutrition, and strength and conditioning, she helps clients translate health goals and medical recommendations into practical, sustainable daily habits through her Individual Coaching programs.

Physicians frequently refer patients to Indra for additional support with lifestyle changes related to weight management, cardiovascular health, and bariatric surgery recovery. Her work bridges the gap between clinical recommendations and real-world implementation.

In addition to individual work, Indra designs and leads Corporate Wellness Programs that help organizations improve employee energy, reduce burnout, and build high-performing teams through sustainable wellness strategies.

Within the education system, Indra develops School Wellness Programs that support student health, educator well-being, and long-term lifestyle habits. Her leadership in these initiatives has earned six National Gold Recognition Awards from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, recognizing her school as one of the healthiest in the United States.

She also provides Education and Training for Fitness Professionals, delivering workshops and lectures on movement science, injury prevention, strength training, and performance optimization. Her work supports trainers, athletes, and performance communities in improving both results and longevity.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a credential held by fewer than 14,000 professionals in the United States, her services may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), depending on individual plans.

Indra is also an endurance athlete, having completed more than fifteen marathons. This personal experience informs her philosophy of discipline, consistency, and resilience as the foundation for long-term health and performance.
